Worksafe/OSH Forklift Operator Certificate Course – theory and practical at your site:

This is a 1-day training course that consists of a theory portion of training followed by a quick test, going over what was covered in the morning, and then the practical assessment on your forklift. We can have a combination of new and refresher trainees and the F endorsement can also be completed on the same day.
We can have a maximum of 12 trainees on a course and normally run with an 8-8.30am start (your preference) until approximately 3.30-4pm.   

Course inclusions:  

• Worksafe/OSH Forklift Operators Certificate 
• Assessment for NZQA US 10851: Operate a powered industrial lift truck (forklifts) (Optional).

Those also completing the F endorsement will receive:  

• F endorsement certificate for NZTA
• Assessment for NZQA US 18496: Demonstrate knowledge and skills for driving a forklift on a road Endorsement F (must hold a full NZ driver licence).

Requirements:  

• For the theory component we need a room large enough to accommodate the amount of staff being trained with tables, chairs and space for the power point presentation on a white wall or white board.
• For the practical assessment we need a compliant and safe forklift to use, along with enough space to set up a small course with cones to test the trainees.
• Any trainee completing the F endorsement must have a current full NZ driver licence.

Costs start from $2299 + GST for up to 12 people.

Online WorkSafe/OSH Forklift Operator Certificate Course – online theory and practical assessment at your site:

This course is best suited for those refreshing their certificate and could be a good option for you to reduce costs and time required off-site.
The theory component is completed online, in your own time, at your own pace (2-4 hours) and can be done in multiple sessions. Once eLearning has been successfully completed, our trainer will come onsite to complete the practical assessment.

• eLearning completion certificate
• Worksafe/OSH Forklift Operators Certificate

Those also completing the F endorsement will receive:  

• F endorsement certificate for NZTA
• Assessment for NZQA US 18496: Demonstrate knowledge and skills for driving a forklift on a road Endorsement F (must hold a full NZ driver licence). 

Requirements:

• A computer with speakers or headphones for the eLearning component 
• For the practical assessment we need a compliant and safe forklift to use
• In some circumstances, our trainer will be able to assess the trainee while they work, if this isn’t appropriate, we will require enough space to set up a small course with cones to test the trainees.
• Any trainee completing the F endorsement must have a current full NZ driver licence.
  **The eLearning course + theory assessment must be successfully completed before completing the practical assessment.
