Online Known Customer Security Awareness Training

This course is designed for all employees within Known Customer organisations, meeting the CAA Rule 109 content requirements, for ensuring the security of cargo and mail on international passenger aircraft. Safeguarding against potential threats is crucial in upholding the safety of our friends, family and community.

As per the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), staff who carry out security measures related to packing, storing and transportation of cargo, staff with access to secure air cargo or mail and management at a Known Customer organisation must undergo initial and recurrent security awareness training.
