Access to TSW is strictly controlled and all users must be registered i.e. brokers, freight forwarders, express couriers, shipping lines and airlines, importers, exporters, and approved premises.
*Please note: Registered users who wish to submit import/export lodgements to Customs, must have a declarant code and Unique User Identifier (PIN number).
