TSW (Trade Single Window) Workshop

This workshop is designed for new users of Trade Single Window (TSW) online.

The workshop will take you through:

Becoming a registered user of TSW (including Organisations, Administrators and Premises)
Applying for supplier and client codes
Understanding new WCO3 message formats and requirements

Navigating TSW Online (general guidance for viewing lodgements, registrations and agency responses)
Submitting import and export declarations via TSW online (working through practical examples of Import/ Export lodgements and explaining some of the features of fields within TSW)*

Pre-requisites:

Access to TSW is strictly controlled and all users must be registered i.e. brokers, freight forwarders, express couriers, shipping lines and airlines, importers, exporters, and approved premises.

*Please note: Registered users who wish to submit import/export lodgements to Customs, must have a declarant code and Unique User Identifier (PIN number).

This workshop can be delivered onsite.
