TSW (Trade Single Window) Workshop

This workshop is designed for new users of Trade Single Window (TSW) online.

The workshop will take you through:

  • Becoming a registered user of TSW (including Organisations, Administrators and Premises)
  • Applying for supplier and client codes
  • Understanding new WCO3 message formats and requirements
  • Navigating TSW Online (general guidance for viewing lodgements, registrations and agency responses)
  • Submitting import and export declarations via TSW online (working through practical examples of Import/ Export lodgements and explaining some of the features of fields within TSW)*

Pre-requisites:

Access to TSW is strictly controlled and all users must be registered i.e. brokers, freight forwarders, express couriers, shipping lines and airlines, importers, exporters, and approved premises.

*Please note: Registered users who wish to submit import/export lodgements to Customs, must have a declarant code and Unique User Identifier (PIN number).

This workshop can be delivered onsite.
